For more than forty years, James N. Dancy, President of TCI, has been involved in the development and management of housing cooperatives and in the organization of affordable housing communities for families and persons of modest income primarily in the Midwest and Eastern parts of the country. He has an extraordinary record of securing grants or arranging Tax Exempt Bond Financing, Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).

Dr. Moinuddin Sarker


The inventor of the technology and product entitles: “Method for converting waste plastics to lower – molecular weight hydrocarbons, particularly hydrocarbon fuel materials and the hydrocarbon material produced thereby.” (Patent # US 8,927,797 B2). Dr. Sarker has more 115 research publications and written 6 books including chapters.

Earl M. Harris


Managed Lemington Heights Apartments in Pittsburgh for ten years with responsibility for all aspects of the management operation including leasing, rent collections, training and supervision of office staff and maintenance employees, property inspections, inventories and maintenance. He also serves as technical consultant to other TCI properties in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
